By booking a rental with Might As Well Jump Inflatables & Water Slides, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Rental Agreement

All rentals include delivery, setup, and pickup within our service area. The renter is responsible for providing a suitable setup location with adequate space, access to electrical outlets (within 100 feet), and a water source for water slides.

Supervision

A responsible adult (18+) must supervise the inflatable at all times during use. Might As Well Jump Inflatables & Water Slides does not provide attendants. The supervising adult is responsible for enforcing safety rules and ensuring participants use the equipment appropriately.

Safety Rules

• Remove shoes, glasses, jewelry, and sharp objects before entering
• No food, drinks, or gum inside the inflatable
• No flips, roughhousing, or climbing on exterior walls
• Follow posted weight and capacity limits
• Do not use in winds exceeding 20 mph or during thunderstorms
• Keep the blower running at all times during use

Damage & Liability

The renter is responsible for any damage to the rental equipment beyond normal wear and tear. This includes damage caused by pets, failure to follow safety rules, or unauthorized modifications. The renter agrees to indemnify Might As Well Jump Inflatables & Water Slides against any claims arising from the use of the rental equipment.

Weather

Inflatables must not be used during high winds (over 20 mph), thunderstorms, or lightning. If conditions become unsafe during your rental, deflate the unit and contact us immediately.

Setup Requirements

• Flat, level surface free of debris, rocks, and pet waste
• Minimum clearance of 3 feet on all sides and 5 feet overhead
• Access to a standard 110V electrical outlet within 100 feet
• Water hose access for water slide rentals
