Weekends Go First
We carry one of each inflatable. That means when a family in Hiram books the Purple Plunge for the third Saturday in June, that slide is off the board for everyone else that day. Warm-weather Saturdays across Paulding, Cobb, Douglas, and Polk County are the first dates to disappear, usually followed by Sundays after church.
Weekdays are a different story — there is often availability within the same week, and school and daycare events on a Tuesday or Wednesday are much easier to place.
Peak Seasons in Northwest Georgia
- Late spring through early fall: our busiest stretch, especially any Saturday above 80 degrees.
- May graduation season: graduation parties stack up on the same handful of weekends.
- School field days: April, May, and the start of the school year book weeks out.
- Church festivals and VBS: summer VBS weeks and fall festivals fill the same dates every year.
- Holiday weekends: Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day are the hardest dates to get.
Group Events Need a Longer Runway
Schools, churches, HOAs, and corporate planners usually need more lead time than a backyard birthday — not because of our calendar, but because of yours. Purchase orders, insurance certificates, facility approval, and volunteer scheduling all take time.
